THE BODY BAR, LLC CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

 Payment is due at the time of booking any BODYsculpt Treatment Session or beauty service. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be provided for a cancelled or missed appointment. You may reschedule your purchased BODYsculpt treatment session or beauty service appointment no more than twice, otherwise payment will be forfeited, and session will be relinquished. If a client misses an appointment (without contacting the BODY BAR, LLC or attempt to reschedule appointment at least 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment), payment will be forfeited, and session will be relinquished.

 The BODY BAR, LLC reserves the right and may in its sole discretion and for any reason, immediately and without notice to you, disable, suspend, or terminate your package and/or membership, in whole or in part, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use or misuse of the BODY BAR, LLC policies and services or violation of the Cancellation Policy or Terms of Use. In addition, the BODY BAR, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any package or membership, or any portion thereof at any time upon reasonable notice to you.

Expiration Policy:

Purchase of BODYsculpt Treatment Session package (1-3 sessions) expires after 90 days (3 mo) of purchase date;

Purchase of BODYsculpt Treatment Session package (6-12 sessions) expires 180 days (6 mo) of purchase date.

BODYsculpt Treatment sessions are non-transferable to any individual client/non-client.
